Sigh... I wonder what kind of verbal masturbation they will come up with to not classify the reduction of troops with "cut and run". Once the Baker report comes out, which will say it's unwinnable, Bush will have to change his tune or it really will be he, Laura and his dog left who believe in his vision. And I bet the dog has better sense than that.
