Sheeple and ostrich people make up 49% of the 51% of voters who voted for this administration.
I wonder if Roberts even cares that he's being used as a decoy/detour. I doubt it. As they say in Hollywood, it's an honor just to be nominated.
If Bush Co can't get this guy confirmed with a GOP controlled Senate, he'll have to have some very nasty hidden dirty laundry. Either that or they're in big trouble.
My guess is that there will be a lot of scrutiny but he will most likely be confirmed. I honestly haven't read enough about him to say whether I think he'll be a good judge. But, I do have some concerns over his on-record comments concerning Roe V. Wade.
Yeah... remember what Rummy said after Bagdhad fell "democracy is messy"... let's start making some messes! (figuratively, of course).
